Zealous Software receives hundreds of email messages daily from customers learning about digital assets.

As a Zealous Software PM, you will connect and form relationships with our customers across multiple channels, making them feel heard, supported and resolving their issues efficiently.

What You Will Do

Remote Operation Client Manager

Description

The Remote Operation Client Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of client operations in a remote environment.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient workflows, timely delivery of services, and the resolution of any operational challenges.

The Remote Operation Client Manager is pivotal in maintaining high client satisfaction and streamlining processes to meet both client needs and company goals.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing communication and expectations to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee day-to-day cryptocurrency operations related to client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and that workflows align with client specifications.
  • Identify potential operational issues and proactively work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and performance metrics to provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables meet high-quality standards and that any deviations from agreed terms or quality benchmarks are quickly addressed.
  • Manage client onboarding, including ensuring clients are fully briefed on processes and technologies to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous improvement in services, foster long-term relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Help develop and refine operational strategies, optimizing workflows, resources, and technology solutions to meet client needs effectively

Who You Are

We're seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Residency: You reside within the AMER Region, specifically in the UTC -10 to UTC -4 time zones (Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern).
  • Availability: You are available to work 40 hours per week, including at least one 8-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday. You are also comfortable working all shifts until 0 UTC (8pm Eastern Standard Time).
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent written English skills, with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
  • Customer Service Orientation: You demonstrate empathy towards customers, even with simple issues. You are inquisitive and enjoy troubleshooting to find solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented and capable of providing thorough responses to customers. You can also transform customer concerns into valuable product feedback.
  • Technical Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of digital assets, including security, confirmations, block times, and network fees. You are tech-savvy and possess general computer knowledge, including familiarity with your own operating system.
  • Work Ethic: You are a self-starter who excels with minimal supervision and thrives in a remote work environment. You can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining high-performance standards. You are also highly coachable and take responsibility for your actions.

Benefits

  • Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance.
  • PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a semi-flexible schedule.
  • Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
  • Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.

Our hiring process consists of several different stages.

Assessment: If your application indicates a potential fit for the role, we'll send you an assessment with a strict 72-hour completion deadline. Please monitor your email, including your spam folder, for communication from Zealous Software.

Training: The training period lasts 16 business days and is paid at $36 per hour. Salary is paid upon completion of training. Your manager will provide guidance via phone and email throughout the training. You'll need a phone with a good internet connection or a laptop.

Recruiter Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to schedule an interview with a recruiter. This interview will help us get to know you better and discuss our company culture, your interest in Zealous Software, and your career goals.
